Technical inspection of shelving

We carry out periodic audits and inspections during which we examine the main structural problems of the warehouse.

UNI EN 15635 rule: how to comply with the law

The UNI EN 15635 establishes the obligation to have an annual inspection of warehouse equipment carried out by qualified external personnel in order to reduce risks and potential damage to people and structures and to guarantee the correct functioning and compliance with the safety standards of the logistics department.

Investing in safety means real savings

We carry out periodic audits and inspections during which we examine the main structural problems and formulate a proposal for intervention to bring the warehouse up to standard.

Specifically, our technicians carry out:

  • Control of use and maintenance booklets;
  • Control of the presence and coherence of the weight capacity signs;
  • Checking the condition of the flooring;
  • Checking the consistency of the aisles in relation to the lifting equipment used; • Control of the correct storage of the load units;
  • Checking and classification of damage;
  • Checking the efficiency of the shelving;
  • Survey of existing shelving, in the absence of layout;
  • Technical report

If anomalies are found, special documentation will be delivered, suitably prepared, in which the shelving components to be repaired or replaced according to the international classification UNI EN 15635:2009 will be highlighted.
