Documentary validation is the verification of the existence and congruence of all the documents required by the regulations for the safe use of the shelving.

Static validation is the verification of the load-bearing capacity of the shelving in its current configuration, in accordance with the state of the art and technology and calculation methods in place at the time of validation; it guarantees that the shelving is able to withstand the loads expected under the design conditions.
Assembly validation is the process of establishing that the shelving has been installed in accordance with the design specifications, the supplier’s assembly instructions and the regulations for the safe use of the shelving.
At the end of the verification process, the declaration of validation of the use of the shelving is issued, which is essential for the safe use of the shelving.
